Open Bids = The Response Due Date is more than 24 hours away
Closed Bids = Response Due Date expired more than 24 hours ago
Closing Bids = Response Due Date is expiring within 24 hours, or has expired within last 24 hours
Special Offer Bids = Bids/Tenders that are given a Special Discounted Price

(1) A short description of the procurement notice (no more than one sentence)

(4) Date that the procurement notice was released to the public
(5) The response due date and time (including time zone)
(6) The name of the issuing organization (including the country and the state or province)

(8) UNSPSC Code number (select from the UNSPSC Code on our site)
(9) A contact person's name for questions
(10) Any pdf documents that accompany the procurement notice
(11) Contact information to reach the contact person (as much information as possible, including, title, telephone number, fax number, mailing address, and email address)
(12) The anticipated value of the project or contract (if known)
